Couldn't live with the default avatars, so I've upgraded to the "Gold" level, which among other things allows us to create our own custom default avatars.  I've created a new "Redskins" category of custom avatars our members can choose from, and uploaded a few to get us going.

Let's use this thread to post potential pictures to be turned into default forum avatars going forward.  Obviously anything Redskins or NFL or football in general-related is in play ... but feel free to branch out as well, if you run across something you think would make a cool option for other members to use.  We can create new subcategories as we go easily enough.  

If you want to resize the images before posting, please feel free---let's go with a standard of 125 pixel width, with 125 max height as well---but no sweat if not.  I'll be glad to do it.

Hey, avatars and stuff?  They matter.  I'll be working on expanding the smilie library too.  We'll get this thing right.   hmm

Check out some of these. I have shamelessly stolen....'er "borrowed" them from around the interwebz, in some cases even from ES. However, I didn't really keep track of where I got what. Just know that 0% of these were made by me and that I didn't take any of them from any NFL sites.

In addition to what I've attached below you can also check http://members.tripod.com/%7Enfl002/redskinspics.html. There's a pretty decent load of pics there. The resolution on some of them isn't so great, but a lot of them are pretty good.
